On the eve of the 76th anniversary of the Great Victory and the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, Kalashnikov Museum presents a new temporary exhibition “If tomorrow there will be war …”.

In the 1920s, the USSR began to develop a unique system of military training of the civilian population. Millions of Soviet people were trained in shooting, passed sports standards for the “TRP” badge, received skills in working with different equipment, tools and weapons. This work was of great importance in strengthening the country’s defense capability on the eve of the Great Patriotic War.

Visitors of our museum will be able to see unique items, documents, photographs, training weapons and military equipment of this pre-war period. The new temporary exhibition entitled “If tomorrow there will be war …” started in the Kalashnikov museum on April 22.
