The new exhibition “Scarlet Shoulder Marks” was opened in the Kalashnikov Museum and Exhibition Complex of Small Arms on December 3.

The idea of that kind of exhibition was born during the studying of the correspondence between M.T. Kalashnikov and the pupils of Suvorov Military College. Mikhail Timofeyevich was attentive to the messages pupils sent him, responded to them. Now all these letters are kept in the museum funds. Who are these boys with scarlet shoulder marks now? How did the correspondence acquaintance with the famous designer affect their lives? The answers may be found on the exhibition. It brought together Suvorov military colleges attendants of different generations living in Izhevsk, Moscow and even Las Vegas!

At the exhibition you can get acquainted with the history of pupils uniforms of Suvorov military colleges.

The new exhibition will run until March 7, 2021.
